An extensive package for presidents and their leadership team to build entrepreneuring and innovation. Provides a year of coaching with current or former presidents with on-call availability, one President as Entrepreneur Workshop Series, four Administrator as Entrepreneur Workshop Series, specialist coaching sessions, and 120 hours of Institutional coaching packages. 

Includes:

  • The President as Entrepreneur - Workshop Series and 2 Administrators chosen by President for Entrepreneurs Workshop Series

    • Series of 9 Specialists Sessions

  • Monthly Coaching Session with President Coach

    • ​12 monthly sessions for year (2 hours each)

​

  • President Coach On-Call Availability

    • 3 hours per year​

  • Create One-Year Plan Development Plan with Coach

    • 10 hours per year

​

  • Three Expert Coaching Sessions with Area Specialists

    • Specialist Sessions at 2 hours per session
