We all know that the higher education landscape is changing at warp-speed and that the academy needs to be radically transforming itself. But what does that mean in terms of specific actions for each institution and its leadership? Where does the focus need to be and what does each college or university need to consider in their own unique transformation process?

This conference will focus on actionable solutions, future trends, research, proven processes, entrepreneurial methods, new and advanced tools, innovation, technology opportunities, projections and more to help leaders manage change and forge a successful path into the future.
